Increase speed and explosive power with our focused sprint training sessions.
This camp is designed for athletes who want to take their performance to the next level through:
- Acceleration training for faster starts and greater top-end speed
- Block work to maximize reaction time and efficiency out of the blocks
- Proper sprint mechanics to improve stride length, turnover, and running economy
- Drills and conditioning tailored to sprinters, hurdlers, and speed-based field event athletes
Whether you’re preparing for your season or building your off-season foundation, these sessions will help you move with more speed, precision, and confidence on the track.
- Saturdays — 11:30 AM to 12:45 PM PST
- Sundays (when scheduled) — 3:00 PM PST
All athletes welcome, from beginners to advanced.
