Event Description:

Join a live, coach-led online class built for kids, teens, and adults who want to improve tumbling and gymnastics basics safely and confidently. Each session includes a structured warm-up, mobility and strength, and skill-building progressions that meet you where you are—whether you’re a beginner learning proper shapes or an experienced athlete sharpening technique.

What we’ll work on (All Levels):

  • Body shapes, balance, coordination, and “gymnastics basics”
  • Core + leg power for tumbling
  • Safe landing mechanics, rebounds, and body control
  • Round-off and back-handspring prep progressions (drills + technique cues)
  • Flexibility & injury-prep for wrists, ankles, knees, hips, and back

How it works:

  • Live class with real-time coaching cues and modifications for different levels
  • You’ll need a small open space, water, and a yoga mat (optional: resistance band)
  • Safety first: This online class focuses on foundations, conditioning, and progressions. Advanced skills are only suggested when appropriate and safe for your level and setup.
