This is a track and field mini camp for students in grades 6-8 or ages 11-14.

- Running Mechanics
- Sprinting Mechanics
- How to Accelerate Properly
- Body Positioning for Sprinting
- How to Cool Down
- Stretches for Track & Field
Week 2:
- Event Specific Training: Long Jump, Triple Jump, Sprints + more!
