This camp helps your players stay confident as their bodies change. We teach age-appropriate strength and movement fundamentals that support healthy growth, better coordination, and safer play through the season. Strong, confident movement now helps athletes stay healthy for the long run.
Ages 8-11 is 9am-12pm
Ages 12-14 is 12:30pm-330pm
All kids will receive a pizza lunch. Please send any allergies to the camp instructor.
