5) Linear Sprint Speed Development
6) Combine agility drills teaching session
7) 10 minute recovery period w/speaker
8) 2nd 40 yard dash time trial with new technique to improve speed
9) Team meeting & mentoring
10) Passing out of certificates & dismissal
