SPORTS PERFORMANCE Training.
This small group training class entails everything you need to become a more well rounded athlete. Strength, first step quickness, acceleration, top end speed, breath work, mobility & mental toughness all rolled into one program.
Training days are Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday at the same time. Please double check which time you are signing up for.
-Only accepting ages 13-18 unless previously discussed.
-Price varies slightly month to month based off of Coach Dodd's availability.
-Monday-Thursday training schedule is designed to give athletes enough time to fully recover for next week or for tournaments over the weekend.
Session program: (Reasoning)
Soft tissue work (Tight athletes are slow athletes/injury prevention)
Movement prep. (Warm up / Sprint mechanics)
Skill / Technique (Movement efficiency / Physical literacy)
Plyo/Med ball (Quickness / Power training )
Strength Block (Strength is the basis of quickness / Speed / Power)
