This Friday group training session is designed for high school athletes (ages 15β18) looking to improve their overall volleyball skills and game understanding. Sessions focus on fundamentals, position-specific development, and game-like scenarios to help athletes apply their skills confidently during live play.
Training will include:

- Attacking, serving, and defensive fundamentals

- Game-like drills and competitive reps
This session is ideal for athletes preparing for school tryouts, competitive play, or overall skill development. Athletes do not need to know their position yet β training will help identify strengths and areas of growth.
