Event Description:

Open to all athletes, Kids, Teenagers, and College. The athletes will work to improve their base conditioning, speed, and hip flexibility/mobility. This will help everyone to learn from each other while being exposed to higher and lower athletic abilities.


Athletes will be on low-impacted drills, running, and surfaces. During this time, we will focus on prevention to ensure the athlete can handle the endurance and speed load on their body. We will build their Knee muscles to lower the risk of injury and help past knee injuries. The athlete will work on the lower part of the body to reduce the risk of shin splints and other damage. After a month of working on different prevention areas, the athlete will be in a much better place physically. Their endurance would have improved during this time as well.



The athlete will build endurance during different runs, training, and running form drills. They will focus on building a foundation base. During this time, athletes will improve their resistance strength and cardio endurance. This will help with recovery and running fast for longer. Building an excellent endurance base will setup the athlete up for speed training. Running fast is easy when your body is conditioned and strong!
