Hi Ladies. I am excited to hold KAOS Performance Volleyball Clinics to help volleyball players improve their skills. These clinics are for players who are wanting to improve their skills. Players aged 14-18 with some experience are encouraged to attend. We will be doing performance training and skills training with all athletes. The athletes will be trained by a certified personal trainer who is a former volleyball player, high school coach and referee.

Each camp will build one the one before it so athletes are encouraged to register for all of the clinic dates.
