Event Description:
Coach C.J. Has Owned Cutting Edge Fitness in Fairmont for 5 years,  has his bachelors degree in human performance and kinesiology from Waldorf University and has 10 years of experience as a certified strength and conditioning specialist. CJ is also a certified speed and agility coach as well as a certified sports nutrition coach through the NSPA. C.J. Has coached multiple athletes from the Professional Level (NFL, Beletor MMA, Arena Football), College (DI, DII, DIII, NAIA), High School, all the way to 6 years old. 

Programming: Every athlete is different and requires the correct program for their body type, skill, and respective sport. We specialize in programming for every athlete individually and correcting any imbalances we see with them. The point of this camp is to evaluate each athlete and develop them accordingly. The camp runs 6 weeks. The first week will be an evaluation of every athlete. We will put them through a generic type workout and mobility test to see where they are at. The next 5 weeks will be committed to Improving skill, strength and speed.

Nutrition: Athletes will be supplied nutritional advice and suggested meal plans to fuel their body for performance and recovery to go along with their workouts.

60 Minute Session (2x week)
- Dynamic Warm-up (5 mins)
- Footwork/Plyometrics (8-10 mins)
- Speed Development/Agility (10 mins)
- Strength Training (35 mins)

Ages 13-18 Male or Female Athletes
***There will only be 10 athletes per group (Private Groups/Team sessions are available)


Price: $160/athlete for 12 sessions (Includes dri fit T-shirt)
