More About Coach C.J.
10 years of Strength and Conditioning Experince. I have worked with professional athletes (MMA, NFL, Arena Football), DI, DII, DIII, High school and youth athletes of all types. I currently direct strength and conditioning for Fairmont High School Hockey, Soccer, Football, Cheerleading, Dance, and Tennis. I am a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist through the NSCA, along with Certified Speed and Agility Coach and Certified Sports Nutrition Coach through the NSPA.
2 time all state football selection, Iowa Shrine Bowl participant 2005, Played CB at Waldorf University for 2 years. I still compete in recreational sports and am an avid golfer.
We start with a simple assessment of the athlete. Determine weakness/imbalances, then develop a plan based on the athletes goals for thier respective sport. Typical session involves about 5 min dynamic warmup, followed by 8-10 minutes of footwork/plyometric work, then we focus the rest of the session on strength training with about 5 mins of mobility/flexibility at the end.
