Coach Mycyk is uniquely qualified to help athletes get faster and more explosive. She is able to breakdown speed development into a systematized format. I work specifically with speed and power athletes, athletes who need to get more explosive and faster, and athletes that need to develop specific components of speed that they need to excel at their sport.
We will focus on how to accelerate focusing on the 40-yard dash and also how to be more explosive with your vertical jumps. During this camp we will include workouts during each practice and build on skills in a progressive way. It will allow campers to apply and build on skills each week.
Athletes who attend this camp should want to improve and be willing to apply instruction immediately.
Former NFL athlete will talk with camps who complete all six weeks.
