This group class is for track and field athletes with experience in training or competing who wish to further develop their speed and power.
Class will have a different focus each week.
WK1 Acceleration and Power Development

WK3 Acceleration and Short Speed Endurance
WK4 Speed Endurance and Work Capacity
Repeat Cycle
Please bring water and spikes, and try to arrive 5 minutes early.
We will meet on the scoreboard side of the track by the start of the 300m hurdles.
