This group class is for athletes who wish to learn fundamental concepts in speed and power development.
Classes will have a rotating schedule.
WK1: Acceleration Fundamentals
WK2: Acceleration and Power Development
WK3: Top Speed Fundamentals
WK4: Speed Development
*Once students show competency, they are welcome to join the Advanced Group that starts at 8:45.
Please bring water and spikes, and try to arrive 5 minutes early.
We will meet on the scoreboard side of the track by the start of the 300m hurdles.
