I am a certified Sports Performance coach and have been training for 8 plus years, I started as a personal trainer and have transformed my training into more sports specific training. I am a ex athlete, I played college basketball at Providence College for the Big East Conference and then played few years overseas in Europe and also played semi pro for ABA league. I know what it takes to make it to the top and know how to make all my clients a better athlete for their specific sport. I currently have my own training company.

My program develops your athletic skills. I provide an exclusive, unique training atmosphere where you can develop and enhance athletic skills as well as superb conditioning and health for a quality life. We focus on individual sports performance, team training, and group-sport specific training. My vigorous, comprehensive program guides athletes and motivated people to develop efficient, effective training routines based on their skill level and specific goals. Through my training regimen design you can develop speed, Xplosive power, strength, lateral quickness, endurance, agility, flexibility, hand-eye coordination, reaction time, acceleration/deceleration, first step quickness, balance, and recovery time. We will customize a training program to reshape your physique and achieve your athletic and wellness goals. I supplement my regimen with nutritional information and tips that complement our methods. I am a ex athlete, I played college basketball at Providence College for the Big East Conference and then played few years overseas in Europe and also played semi pro for ABA league. I played for the York City Semi pro team where we won the Championship and was rewarded MVP! I played Professionally in Portugal and Ecuador and i was MVP in both leagues.

My training consist of doing game sitiuation sports specific drills, Agility drills(latters,cones,full court drills) Plyometric drills working on your vertical) Strength and Conditioning training( working out in the weight room and working on conditioning)
