Zach Cole is the current hitting coach for the Baltimore Orioles, a position he has held since the 2021 season. Prior to joining the Orioles, Cole built a reputation as a talented coach in the minor leagues, focusing on player development and offensive strategies. His background in baseball includes experience as a player at North Park University, though his coaching career has been the primary focus of his professional trajectory. As hitting coach, Cole is known for his ability to communicate with and mentor players, helping them refine their techniques and approach at the plate.
