Zachary Hirst

I have been coaching athletes for 5+ years at both the highschool and college levels. I have coached at the University of New England, as well as strength and conditioning at Duke University in North Carolina. I prefer to coach athletes at these levels however I can train younger as well. I mainly work with horizontal jumps and sprints up to 400m.

In highschool I was an all region long jumper, jumping over 21'. I then proceeded to compete at the college level running only outdoor track as I also played basketball at this time. Throughout the four years at Saint Joseph's College, my marks in triple and long jump both increased with jumped of 23' and 44' respectively. I was a division III national athlete in my senior season.

It depends on what the clients needs are. We can work on technique, speed, and specific drills depending on the needs and events the athlete competes in. However, we can observe these needs upon our first session.
