More About Coach Zachary
I have 9 years of experience with cross country and track athletes and I am one myself. I am USATF certified and I have 3 NFHS certifications to coach high school athletes too. I work with people of all ages, from 5 years old and up.
I ran cross country and track all four years and high school and ran two years at the collegiate level at OCC (Orange Coast College). I earned two awards at the collegiate level for being Rookie of the Year and I got the Coach's award for being a dedicated and motivated athlete.
Usually I would take my athletes through some dynamic stretching, then send them on a warm up. Then, I would start the workout and time my athletes and encourage them to do their best. After that I would send them on a cool down and I would make sure that they stretch. I video my athletes when I think it's necessary so that they can get that well-needed video feedback so that they can learn how to improve their performance.
