I am a fitness coach with five years of experience, specializing in helping women improve their performance in the gym through strength training and body recomposition. I focus on building muscle and improving body definition, always adapting to each client’s personal goals and needs.
I have worked exclusively in private training facilities, training clients from beginners to advanced levels. As a certified sports nutrition coach, I also help clients build better habits outside the gym, making sure their training and nutrition work together for real, lasting results. My goal is to guide and support each person to feel stronger, more confident, and proud of their fitness journey.
