I have been coaching athletes for a little over a year now. I have coached all levels 1st grade - collegiate level. I work at D1 Training in Northern Kentucky as a coach/personal trainer. I work with all age groups consistently. I currently do not have an certifications, but I am in the process of getting my Personal Trainers, Corrective Exercise Specialist, Strength and Conditioning, and Nutritionist certifications.

I was listed as a Top WR in Ohio for the 2023 Class on MaxPreps. I did compete at the collegiate level, I played at Judson University in Elgin, Illinois.

A client can expect position-based drills to improve performance, technique, and ability to make plays. Typically, workouts will consist of a Dynamic Warm-Up, then we will jump into drills or technique builders. Depending on the athlete and position, after we finish up with drills, we will end with a competition period. For example, if there is a WR and DB training in the same session, we will end with 1on1s to see where both athletes stack up against one another.
