International Coaching, Team USA, All Army, Army Post Level Basketball, and competed against college level competition. Nominated and won Coach of the Year for the United States Army/AUSA for 2014. I am a self-starter who loves working with people and took advantages of opportunities when given. 20 plus years of coaching experience which included competing against college level completion at all levels. Served as head coach for Team USA, Armed Forces Basketball, All Army Basketball, and Post Level Basketball. Won 2 Gold Metals, which includes back to back Armed Forces Championships (14-0 during two tournaments). Head coach for Team USA Armed Forces Basketball competition from 2014-2016; won 2 Silver and 1 Bronze. Participating teams included France, Germany, Brazil, Canada, and China. Head coaching record is currently 158-58. Also serve as Associate Head/JV Coach Lawton High School.

Played College Basketball at North East Community College (Fred Johnson Head Coach), North Folk NE.
My focus would be dependent on the type of athletes I am working with, but would focus on foot speed, lateral quickness, jumping, and conditioning drills with/without basketball. Also mental gymnastics, which includes putting players into game time situations to see how they would respond/react at gym time speeds.
