More About Coach William
With over two decades of hands-on coaching and personal training experience, I bring a deep passion for performance, development, and lifelong fitness to every client and athlete I work with. I am a Certified Strength and Conditioning Coach with additional certifications in Speed, Agility, and Quickness (SAQ) through NASM, proudly held for the past 15 years.
My coaching career spans 20 years at the high school level, including 13 years as the Varsity Head Coach for Track & Field, where I had the privilege of leading both the boys’ and girls’ varsity teams to four consecutive division championships—a testament to the power of consistency, discipline, and team culture. I’ve also served 7 years as a Varsity Football Coach, specializing in running backs, defensive backs, and kick return strategy. For two seasons, I additionally served as the team’s Strength & Conditioning Coach, preparing athletes to perform at their peak and recover stronger.
Beyond the field and track, my experience extends to a broad range of age groups—from energetic 5-year-olds just discovering movement to dedicated 85-year-olds committed to staying active and strong. My coaching style is equal parts science and heart: grounded in proven methodologies but always customized with the personal touch each individual deserves.
Whether you're looking to boost athletic performance, build strength, move better, or simply feel your best, I bring the experience, energy, and encouragement to help you get there and enjoy the journey.
My passion for sports began early, competing in youth football before advancing to the high school level, where I was a multi-sport athlete in both football and track & field. I proudly served as the starting varsity running back during my sophomore and junior years, bringing speed, vision, and grit to the backfield. On the track, I showcased versatility by competing in the 200 meters, 4x100 relay, shot put, and even the 800 meters—demonstrating both explosive power and endurance.
I was honored with the opportunity to continue my athletic career at the NCAA Division II level, but life had a different path in store for me. During my senior year, I made the decision to follow another passion and signed a music contract, stepping into the entertainment industry. That decision shaped a unique and dynamic journey, one that now blends the discipline of athletics with the creativity of performance and coaching.
When you train with me, you're not just getting a workout—you're getting a partner in your progress. From the very first session, my focus is on total dedication to your unique goals. But before we jump into the sweat and reps, we start with something even more important: a comprehensive assessment.
We'll take a close look at where you are right now—physically, nutritionally, and even in terms of sleep and recovery. We’ll evaluate what your body can do today, how you're fueling it, how much rest you're getting, and how often we’ll be training each week. This isn’t just about collecting data—it’s about building a smart, sustainable roadmap that leads to real, lasting results.
No cookie-cutter workouts here. Every session is custom-built because no two clients are the same. Your body, your goals, your preferences, your lifestyle—they all matter. So while one client may be flipping tires and sprinting stairs, another might be mastering mobility or rebuilding strength post-injury. It’s all about what works best for you.
In short: expect structure, strategy, and a whole lot of support, with just enough humor to keep things fun, and just enough sweat to keep things real.
Looking forward to our session.
