I have been involved with lacrosse for over 30 years, as a player, coach, referee, program administrator and now parent of players. I am now involved with my local youth rec program as the head coach for girls lacrosse from grades K - 8.

I was a high school all county player in Maryland and was recruited and played DII lacrosse before moving back home and finishing my college career at the JUCO level. Now it’s all about old men’s leagues and growing this sport I love wherever possible.

Sessions can be general with basics and fundamentals being the covered or can be specific to position or skill as needed. I am currently working with offensive players and goalies but am flexible to each individual player.
