I coached pop warner. I coached at Cortez High School as a DB Coach. Now I am currently coaching at shadow ridge high School as the varsity DB coach. as well as track. I have experience with all grades. I typically work with 10yrs old and up. I am certified as a Personal Trainer and IFA (international fitness association). I have my own personal training business called Body by Honeywood. I train all who want to stay fit and have a healthy lifestyle as well any athletics.
I won National championship football in Palomar junior college. I played at Fullerton Junior College and received a scholarship. Then I went to Fort Hays and played spring ball and then went to Ottawa University. I played semi pro football in California as well as in Arizona. Also played indoor arena II football in California.
They will know the knowledge that I will teach them to their sport. My workouts are an hour long. I will focus on speed drills, ladder, working with weights, conditioning, harness, and positioning drills. My focus to make sure they have the strength and agility to be the best they can within their sport.
