Have trained athletes for over 15 years and coached high school football for 10 years at Xaverian high school; now head coach for Junior Varsity program. I train all athletes in strength and conditioning, speed and agility and position specific from ages 8+ including youth , high school , college and adults. I’m certified in CSCS certified strength and conditioning specialist from NSCA, Certified Personal Trainer from ACE and NFPT, certified Speed and agility specialist, fitness nutrition specialist, youth conditioning specialist and functional training specialist
I was all league, all city and played in Boomer Esiasons Empire City challenge in 2008 when playing football at Xaverian High School. Played Division 3 Football at William Paterson university started 31 out of 40 games on the Offensive line (Guard and Center).
