Warm ups with none ball drills. Throwing mechanics, ball position, stance, strides, ball exit window, extensions, elevations, finger pressure, touch throws, quick releases, progression throws, influence throws, deep ball, intermediated throws, quick throws, throw on the run, throw on the move and much more. The basic concept is to teach the individual QB’s on how to be their own QB coach, going into self correct mode when throwing deficiencies arise. Each session is accompanied with video throwing analysis, on front, side and rear angles.
