Top notch training and top notch guy! I got a 5 session package for my 15 yr old nephew who has never played until 3 weeks prior to our first session and at 6' 260 is very out of shape. 2 sessions in, Coach V has already fixed his stance, significant improvement coming off the ball, and he went from tripping over several bags and doing 360 turnarounds on agility drills during first session to not tripping at all, and ALMOST (1) no turn arounds the 2nd, lol.

Coach V has tremendous patience, and has great instinct on when to let him make mistakes vs go back and start over (if he made him start over every time it would be very deflating), and letting him take breaks as needed but also getting him to really push his limits before he takes breaks. And, the constant reassurance telling him "YOU ARE VERY STRONG, USE YOUR STRENGTH" & "YOU ARE NOT SOFT" has really given him a ton of confidence and you can see it the way my nephew carries himself on a daily basis.

My nephews got a long way to go, but his progress with just 2 sessions is night and day, I can't wait to see what a couple months will do!! This is excellent LIFE training, and getting whipped into shape and learning some football skills really just a bonus on top. Thanks Coach!!

First I would like to mention that booking with Coach Vince is so easy! He is a great communicator and flexible! After our sons first session we knew we found a match! Coach Vince is strategic in his teachings. We saw an immediate improvement in our son's technique. Coach Vince is hands on and it's obvious how much he truly cares. He has established a personalized plan to maximize his time with our son. We currently go weekly and will be switching to twice weekly so he can work on conditioning as well as technique. I can't say enough on how thankful we are to have found Coach Vince! He has also honed in on the mental side of the game and removed so many barriers! Outside of football he has become a friend to our son!
