Welcome to “VaughnsEra Training, Life Through Basketball”. I train kids in the Flower Mound/Lewisville area ages 6-18. Played Division 1 basketball at George Mason University and University of North Texas. Played Professional basketball overseas.

Proper form shooting, ball handling, speed and agility, Defense. Pick and roll. Learning the different angles on the court to attack defender. Attacking the rim and finishing through contact.

Coach Vertrail did a great job training my son Andrew. I really appreciated his attention to detail and the way he challenged my son. Coach V helped improved Andrew's techniques in dribbling and shooting. He really introduced skills to Andrew that has impacted his overall game in a positive way. Most importantly I was impressed on how he connected with Andrew and showed concern for his basketball career. This allowed for my son to be receptive of his training which was very important to Andrew and I.
