More About Coach Veronica
Veronica is originally from Chicago, IL, resident of Fort Worth, TX. She is an alumni of Fossil Ridge High School. She has a Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Kinesiology from the University of North Texas where she served as a public relations Eagle Ambassador. She holds certifications in Barre and Pilates from Sunstone Fit Academy. Veronica has trained, performed, choreographed, and taught dance and fitness classes since 2010 at various studios in the DFW metroplex and nationwide: including Debbie Reynolds in Los Angeles California, Dance District in Charlotte North Carolina, Sacred Dance in Maui, Hawaii and Path Studios, which she founded in 2018.

Our classes are perfect for anyone who loves dance. From beginners to experienced dancers, our classes will offer you joy, physical fitness, and wellness. We help kids build their strength, flexibility, and endurance through dance. We also help women rehab their bodies to reduce pain and stiffness through dynamic trauma informed movement. Typical class includes dance essentials and foundations, stretch, body mechanics, posture and alignment, choreography. Dance style includes praise, mindfulness, and energy hip hop.
