Session plans are based on a variety of factors including athlete age, experience and distance. Our sessions will focus on distance running (5k and up) and will target: pace, endurance, strength, conditioning, breathing, form and many of the other components of distance and trail running. Sessions are recommended on a continual basis to achieve desired results since developing a strong running platform takes time. Great for aspiring or current cross country runners or individuals seeking to improve their running times.

The second and third sessions emphasized pacing and building endurance. All three sessions began and ended with warm-ups and cool-downs.
