I have over 15 years of experience coaching baseball players ages 17U and younger at the recreational, competitive, and travel ball levels. Throughout my coaching career, I have worked with beginner, intermediate, and advanced athletes, specializing in hitting, pitching, player development, and baseball fundamentals. I have coached multiple youth and travel baseball teams, leading teams to tournament championships while helping players improve their mechanics, baseball IQ, confidence, and overall performance. As a former high school baseball player and competitive wood bat league player, I bring both playing and coaching experience to my instruction. I primarily work with athletes ages 7-17. In addition to my baseball background, I am a Registered Nurse (RN), providing a strong foundation in health, safety, injury prevention, and athlete wellness. I have also completed NAYS (National Alliance for Youth Sports) coaching certification programs and all associated coaching education courses, demonstrating my commitment to safe, effective, and positive youth athlete development.

I competed as a high school baseball player and continued playing in competitive adult wood bat leagues, gaining valuable experience against high-level competition. While I did not compete at the collegiate or professional level, my playing experience has been complemented by more than 15 years of coaching youth and travel baseball. As a coach, I have helped develop players ranging from beginners to advanced travel ball athletes and have led teams to multiple tournament championships and successful competitive seasons. In addition to my baseball background, I am a Registered Nurse (RN) and a NAYS Certified Coach who has completed all required coaching education courses, demonstrating my commitment to athlete development, safety, and performance.

Clients can expect a structured, positive, and high-energy training session focused on improving fundamentals, mechanics, and overall baseball IQ. I begin each session by evaluating the athlete's current skill level and identifying specific areas for improvement. For hitters, I focus on stance, load, balance, swing path, bat speed, contact point, and situational hitting through tee work, soft toss, front toss, and live hitting drills. For pitchers, I emphasize proper mechanics, arm care, balance, command, pitch location, and mental approach through drill work, throwing progressions, and bullpen sessions. Throughout the session, I provide immediate feedback and make adjustments tailored to the athlete's individual needs and goals. I believe in teaching the fundamentals the right way while building confidence and competitive instincts. Every session ends with a review of progress, areas to continue working on, and drills the athlete can practice between lessons. My goal is to help players develop skills that translate directly into game performance while fostering a strong work ethic and love for the game.
