I am a former coach for the Blazin' Ravenz track club in Clearwater, FL. I helped all age groups achieve their goals. I was a middle-distance runner for Auburn University.
I was a middle-distance runner for Auburn University and Eastern Michigan University. I was all conference all 4 years of competition. I have done a variety of events from the 100m, 400 hurdles, to the 1600m.
The first goal is to focus on running technique and form to create explosiveness and generate speed. Secondly, the goal is to generate more overall fitness to create a beast on the track.
