More About Coach Tyler

I have been in the fitness industry for the last 15 years and hold a degree in Exercise Science and Sports Medicine. I am also certified by the National Academy of Sports Medicine as a Certified Personal Trainer, Sports Performance Specialist, Performance Enhancement Specialist, Corrective Exercise Specialist, Fitness Nutrition Specialist, and also certified in knee and shoulder rehab by Movement Mechanics. I have trained out of 24 Hour Fitness, and currently own BIO Force Family Fitness. I have trained athletes from all sports from ages 8 and up. I have trained high school athletes to help get full ride scholarships in basketball and baseball, and have even trained professional hockey players from the Texas Stars.

I played baseball for many years through high school with contacts in the Mariners and Angels organization before breaking my leg in a horrible way ending my profession career.

First thing is first, I start with an injury prevention assessment to determine any possible muscle imbalances that could lead to injuries or could be causing improper biomechanics and athletic movement. From there we determine goals and areas of focus for the athlete. Session will include muscle imbalance corrections, strength and conditioning, speed agility and quickness, proper athletic movement development work and overall conditioning using a variety of equipment or functional training exercises.
