More About Coach Tyler
I have been coaching high school football since the 2011 season. I have coached at 3 different high schools in Montgomery County Maryland. I coached Linebackers and was the Defensive Coordinator at Poolesville High School from 2011-2017, I then moved to Richard Montgomery High School and coached the Inside Linebackers there. In 2019 I became the Head Football Coach at Gaithersburg High School.
I was a 3 year Varsity starter at Linebacker and Running Back in High School. I played Linebacker at Salisbury University where we won 2 bowl games during my time on the team.
Every session will begin with a warm-up routine to get the blood pumping and to loosen up properly. We would then transition to some type of individual drill work, specific to what the client needs. Depending on the football position different drills and techniques will be worked on during the individual drill portion. We would then mix in some type of workout that would best benefit the client. We would end each session with a cool down period.
