I like to start with a players foundation and build from there. I understand that every player is different and I strive to customize/personalize every interaction to a players skillset. Engraining fundamentals along with maintaining what is comfortable/safe/practical is paramount. Building a repoire with the player is the key to productivity/success while balancing praise with constructive criticism. A typical first lesson would entail playing catch or hitting and giving the player instruction that will allow for immediate improvement. Once the improvement is evident to the player and confidence is elevated we will progress to more tedious drills/fundamentals that will provide the tools for the player to progress. Depending on the player, work ethic, and their skillset, the drills/techniques will vary. Some of which will be taylored to that specific player. I will provide the mindset and physical aspect of the game simultaneously. Innovation leads to motivation.

This coach showed up on time and stayed late. He put a ton of effort into the session. A trial package with him provided enough information to keep this player learning through independent practice. Coach A quickly diagnosed the issues and have concrete methods to approach and improve!

What a great first practice! Meeting Tyler for the first time he was very personable and made my family feel very welcomed. He was able to already adjust my sons pitch to be faster. Looking forward to weekly lessons.

This was our first session after a long break from a broken arm! Coach Tyler was awesome . He just picked right up where we left off. It means a lot when the coach can remember exactly what your child needs to work on even after months of not working with him . My son loves to work with Coach Tyler. Thank you for a great job !
