During the first session, I like to find out the player's strengths and weaknesses as well as what aspects of their game they would like to improve. I watch their mechanics, form, body language etc. From there, drills will be tailored to build on the athlete's weaknesses but also further develop their strengths. I will conclude the session with some light stretching and a brief discussion suggesting a few drills to be done at home and provide constructive feedback. It is important to me that each player has a positive experience with the sport and develops confidence in their ability with each session.

I enjoyed Coach Troi. We got right to it, she gave very helpful feedback throughout the session, and she's a very nice person.

My daughter is the senior starting point guard at McDaniel College, in Maryland. This is the second summer in a row that my daughter have worked with Coach Troi during the off season in preparation for the Fall season. While I do not observe actual workout sessions, in conversations with my daughter I can say Coach Troi is the real deal, with excellent skills in assessment of player development needs and potential, as well as great communication skills in engaging with the player. Without hesitation I would certainly recommend Coach Troi as a training & development coaching specialist that can help your daughter or son improve their chances of getting to the next level.

👍👍👍👍👍

I had a great session with coach Troi. She is very knowledgeable about all facets of the game. She is great at identifying areas where you need to improve and gives excellent feedback.I really enjoyed the drills we did, it was challenging but fun at the same time. I highly recommend training with coach Troi.

Based on Troi's bio, we had great confidence that she could coach up an experienced player. What was great about Troi is how she coached-up our beginner, with a fantastic combination of skill-building and encouragement. We look forward to working with Troi again soon.

Coach Troi has been a phenomenal teacher of basketball skills with my 12 yr. old daughter. She assessed my daughter's strengths and areas for improvement well, and prioritized which skill development areas would help my daughter to gain more confidence along with improved skills. I highly recommend her.

Very patient and friendly. Such a nice coach!

Coach Troi excellent! Our daughter has never played and by the end of the lesson she was convinced this was the sport she wanted to play! The skills she picked up were immediately noticeable in how she handled the ball. We strongly recommend Coach Troi!

Coach Troi has been awesome, providing great feedback, insight, and encouragement. My daughter has responded enthusiastically by working harder for Troi than for any other coach she's had (both school and club).

Coach Troi quickly identified areas to work on that would add most to my daughter's game. Her drills brought a nuanced approach to reinforcing concepts she wanted to reinforce.

Coach Troi was extremely helpful! She would push me to keep going and was very motivational. She also focused on specific points to work which was great.

Great session with Troi. We are looking forward to more sessions!

Coach Troi was great with our members at Yawkey club of Roxbury the member are still taking about how they learn that day thanks

Coach T led a fantastic session! The 4 kids were engaged throughout, and already saw improvement in ball handling, defense, and shooting in just the first session. Looking forward to next week!

Couch Troi M. is exceptional. During the 1st session Isabelle my granddaughter was improving her skills just every 10 minutes she played. I asked myself what was so different in couch Troi’s approach that made it happened. Yesterday there was her 3d training session and only afterwards I figure it out what were the strengths of Troi’s technic. She didn’t start from ABC’s of basketball. She determined momentarily what were Isabell’s strengths and proceeded with wise advises that brought immediate results. Isabelle is an artist that means that she has genetically inherited a very sharp eyes to determine right distances between the the subjects that has its transformation to be a very good scorer in basketball. She is also tall for her age and her hands longer than average. Dear Troi, we are all so fortunate to find you. What is most important of all Isabelle is gaining confidence in herself through gaining competence.
