Sessions:
-Will always be individualized to fit your specific needs
-Can be focused on track and field specifically (sprints, hurdles, etc), depending on your level
-Will be based on basic running technique, which we can then adapt to other sports, and move onto sport-specific drills and techniques.
-Will focus on the basics of correct running form, including: avoiding injury, efficient running, proper and effective warmups, challenging workouts, training schedules, and much more.
-Will be adjusted based on current level of technique, fitness, etc
-Will be focused on assessing where you are currently, and then working towards getting you to the next level
My philosophy is that running form should be effective and efficient. We will work from the basics on up, and repeat the correct motions until they are second nature. This is essential for moving to the next level in any sport that involves running, and I will make sure that you will be equipped to do so. The same strategy applies to field events, where technique is so important.

-Goal planning
-Assessment of current state (technique, speed, core strength, flexibility, etc)
-Short discussion of running theory/reason behind what we will be doing
-Drills (Basic/slow to complex/fast)
-Workouts - Building fitness and strength
-Technique focus - specific to event
-Ongoing assessment of proper form/technique
-Ongoing core workouts to strengthen core and avoid injury
-"Homework" - suggestions of things you can do on your own to improve (stretching, watching video, etc)
This is just a basic overall idea of what we can work on together. All workout plans will be individualized based on you and your goals. The point is to get better, and together we can get you where you want to be.
