More About Coach Trevardo
I've recently retired from playing Pro NFL football. It has only been 2 years and a half since i've last play football. Nonetheless, having the chance to teach and share knowledge I've acquired from my experiences at UCONN, Houston Texans, and Washington Redskins, I believe my experience as a division 1 athlete and ex pro NFL player can offer young men and women to be successful between the ages of (12-21). Giving them that edge needed at a high competitive level is one of the things i believe can offer kids. I am currently working on getting my personal training license, with the knowledge I have obtained being a full-time athlete myself. I am positive that having this opportunity with young athletes will inspire athletes to continue to push forward into the accolades for whatever they are trying to accomplish.
In 2011, I was second in the country in sacks per game at 1.04 per game and led the BIG EAST. Was 32nd in the country in tackles for a loss and was second in the BIG EAST. I have 19 career sacks and tied for sixth in school history. Received the team's Kendall Madison Award, given to a player for his dedication, hard work, positive attitude and outstanding citizenship.
I'd like to focus my clients on techniques, footwork, and hand eye coordination. Also a supplementation of cardio exercises, to keep it interesting. First, i would start off with warm ups, then some cardio to get the lungs pumping, and to keep it going some foot work and hand placement drills.

Trevardo Williams (Testimonial)
For my testimony, I would like to share how sports brought me successes and great accolades through out my journey as an athlete. Coincidently, being raised on an island at an early age known for speed (Jamaica), I was able to recognize naturally through hard work and dedication would awakened my dormant/hibernated athletic abilities to its greatest potential. Fortunately, coming to the United States of America at an early age allowed me to showcase my talents from a high school athlete, to a Division I college athlete to a NFL professional level. Thankfully, with the right timing, people, and having the accessibility and platforms to sports such as Track and Field, basketball, and Football enabled me to enhanced and capitalized on my talents. First, I would like to say recognizing my passion and talent at an early age became the driving force behind the grind. Second, I am proud to say the hardwork/dedication I've inherit from my mother mold my competitive streak to its most fierce and aggressive. To become a proud athlete requires aggressiveness and tenacity. Knowing how I was raised I had no problem welcoming it. Being the youngest of four forced me to look for an edge in everything I did and having the foresight and common sense motivated me to push myself to channel it into something beneficial. But I would say the ability to harness and nurture speed at an early age in the country of "Trelawny Jamaica", where the former record holding olympic track star "Usain bolt" was born and raised push me to find that perfect athlete. Naturally, raised in the country of Jamaica indirectly persuade me to what competitiveness and handwork can manifest and achieve. However, what I've come to realized about my experienced in athletics was that it doesn't matter where you're coming from in athletic background and ethnicity, what matter most is where you're going and how much work you're willing to exert. "What "God" bless, no man can curse.
