Tremaine J.

Tremaine Johnson is a former Defensive Lineman for the Minnesota Vikings, Montreal Alouettes, and Tampa Bay Storm. He lettered all four years and was a part of the winningest class in LSU’s history which won the 2007 BCS National Championship. Tremaine has played with the likes of future Hall of Famers Brett Favre and Adrian Peterson, as well as many other current and former NFL players. He was coached by current University of Alabama coach Nick Saban as well as current LSU coach Les Miles. Tremaine is currently an assistant coach for the football team at Winter Springs High School where he coaches the defensive line. He previously coached at Stephenson High School in Stone Mountain, Georgia, where he had the privilege of coaching Michigan State University Defensive End Montez Sweat and University of Georgia commit Chauncey Rivers. Tremaine’s desire to be the best combined with his unmatched work ethic and tremendous ability to demonstrate is a perfect fit for helping to develop the football skills of athletes of all ages and abilities.

Personal Training:
These sessions are for players who seek 1 on 1 attention to maximize their skill development. These workouts are designed to replicate the pressure of game speed situations and assist in the execution of basic and advanced fundamentals under that pressure. We encourage our athletes to get out of their comfort zones and make mistakes as a part of the learning and developmental process. These sessions are the most intense workouts we offer.

Small Group Training:
Small group training allows players to work on their skill development in an intense and forward thinking atmosphere. These sessions contain the same fundamental curriculum and concepts as the 1 on 1 workout, but allow for situational competition and workout variations.
