I currently perticipate in open track meets now at the age of 39. I am preparing myself to compete in the USA Masters Track & Field division. I was a corner back for Lincoln High School and ran the 100m, 200m and anchored the 4x100 relay. I was clocked at a 9.97 in the 100m and 20.4 in the 200m. I won the state championship in the 100m and anchored our 4x100 to victory in the state championship as a Lincoln Tiger. I was named athlete of the year in '95. I received a football scholarship to the University of Arkansas, where I played wide receiver/corner back and ran on two national championships track teams for the Razorbacks.
The sessions are 1 hour long. They will consist of a warm up, stretching and then we will go into what i have planned for that session. I focus on the 5 components of fitness. Which are Speed, Agility, Quickness, Flexibility and Condition. These are the five components that every athlete needs to make it to the next level. I help develop these 5 components in football, baseball, softball, etc. I also help develop all sprinters with speed work, turnover, short and top end, blocks, handoffs.
