We had a very good first session with Coach Trayon. My son, an incoming high school junior, practiced moves that he was able to put to immediate use in high school training sessions, especially for creating space for three point shots when tightly guarded. Coach Trayon also shared a college level fitness program and motivated him to add a morning training session with a 2-3 mile run and he has been up running early every day since.

Coach Trayon, was most encouraging. The first session Dashawn was exhausted, however Trayon guided him thru the exhaustion, with encouragement. Dashawn stated the session was "fire". Second session was just as "fire". Looking forward to an ongoing relationship of training to enhance Dashawn's basketball season in High School and beyond.
