I graduated with a Bachelors in Health Management from Tennessee State University. I have had the privilege of training and coaching for 7 years. I've coached youth league football, basketball, and track. Some of my titles have been: Running Back Coach, Defensive Back Coach, Offensive Coordinator, Strength & Conditioning Coach, and now Head Coach. I believe you are never to young to start learning and never to old to keep learning. My experience expands from coaching kids 4yo-19yo. My goal is to help you reach yours. Of my years of coaching, I have accumulated a few championships, a lot of wins, but most importantly the opportunity to empower the next generation with the skills and knowledge that I have acquired and the experience of seeing first hand proven results in EACH kid I have encountered. The Growth and Development is truly why I love doing what I do.

{Sessions may differ per Clients Goal} First and foremost, I will spend a little time getting to know the client and letting them know what to expect while we Stretch. I then will go over the technique and define the Objective for the day is and demonstrate while teaching how each drill will help us towards the Athletes goal. I focus on capturing the clients mental so that they are able to push their body to achieve results they may not realize are possible. The key to conquering your goal is to find motivation and precise criticism (pros and cons) in everything you do. A session with me guarantees 1st a relationship with a Quality coach who is as motivated to achieve your Goal as you are, 2nd Structured Drills that are focused solely towards you and your goal, 3rdly a training experience that is competitive and rigorous, yet FUN.
