More About Coach Trace
I was a Floor Coach and Personal Trainer at Shoot 360 Indianapolis, a next-level basketball training facility. I work with up to and including college athletes. As a student-athlete, I ran summer camps each year where I instructed and coached groups of campers in games, practices and drills.
I have attached a complete summary of my playing career to date. Competed at a strong high school program, a strong NCAA D1 program, and professionally in the Big V (Australia) and the Baloncesto Superior Nacional, a top 5 league in the world. (Look it up, Dwight Howard and Demarcus Cousins just signed there). I have learned a lot from each stop, and look forward to sharing with you!

I believe that every athlete needs a unique approach in training to reach their individual potential.Skill development at a rudimentary level is essential and can be comprehensive, but to unlock an athlete's next level the emphasis must be placed on individual strengths and weaknesses. Therefore, the focus will be placed in regards to the athlete's goals. From my personal experience in high school and college, I know many different facets of the game in ways that often aren't taught. I provide instruction on ball-handling, form shooting, reading and using screens, rebounding principles, finishing techniques, defensive concepts (team and individual), attacking moves, correct footwork and more, in addition to a multitude of drills that touch on each.
For athletes that wish to play in college, I am the trainer that can get you there. On and off the court, you will be in the best hands possible. Invest in your goals and commit to the process!
