I have over 10+ years of coaching experience. Ive helped developed travel basketball programs, conducted travel basketball programs and leagues along with owning my own program. I’ve worked at elementary schools, middle schools, high schools and colleges. I’ve coached athletes from all over at every level!

I have earned many awards and honors through my playing career. I earned an 4 year athletic scholarship to play collegiately at an NCAA certified institution, Barry University (Miami Shores).

I like to start off with a good warm up which requires activating the lower extremity muscles in the feet, ankles and hips. Then I start to incorporate speed, agility and explosive movement that’s more dynamic and replicates basketball movement’s. After, I like to then get into the on court basketball part of the workout. And to finish, I’ll incorporate core strengthen exercises! Basketball is a base sport which means balance needs to come from central and low muscular groups.
