After 4 years of swimming in college, I decided to spend some time on deck. I helped coach a college Swimming Team for one season before moving to NW Arkansas where I coached the RAC AquaHawgs. In August of 2011, I joined an aquatic club in Northwestern Arkansas. I am now the Head Coach of the Aquakids Swim Team in Conway.

I earned my B.S.B.A degree in administration and management from the Henderson State University in 2010.

I graduated from Athletic High School in Constanta, Romania. I went to attend college, where I swam for the team all 4 years. There, I earned the All American title and school records in breaststroke events.

The following steps will occured during the session:

1. stretching
2. warm-up
3.drill set (working on technigue and new ways to achieve faster swimming)
4. main set (working on speed, endurance, or pace)
5. kick set (to be able to be a strong and fast swimmer, you have to be able to be a good kicker)
6. warm-down
