I am a current MBB Graduate Assistant at Saint Bonaventure in the A-10 conference. I work with any age group and I have trained every summer for the last six years.

4x AII Conference Player. 88-23 NCAA record. Landmark Conference Tournament MVP 2024. All Region in 2024. Frederick County High School Player of the Year. Team Captain all 4 Years.

Start with ball handling then get to finishing then get to form shots then get to mid range and then if the kid is ready start working on his three-pointer. Many microdetails involved in execution of each segment!
