More About Coach Tommy

I have about 10 years of experience training and coaching quarterbacks. I have coached all levels from elementary school to professional.

In High school I was an All American, and a top 3 National QB Recruit. Then went on and played for University of Oklahoma, and the University of Utah. I played 10 seasons in the Arena Football League. I was named the MVP in 2012,2018,2019 and hold 6 records that includes, professional football record of 142 passing touchdowns in one season.

I like to change up my workouts so I am able to focus on each clients needs. Every good quarterback has to have great footwork , That where I like to start. I like to break my workouts into three different sections. The first is, warm up, footwork, for different drops, and runs. Second, I like to do drills that include throwing in the pocket and on the run. Third, Competitions against myself or other players.
