More About Coach Todd
I have four years of collegiate coaching experience. I coached at the FBS and FCS levels at the University of Kansas and Florida A&M University. I work with all age groups.
I was a two-time all-conference high school linebacker in Kansas. I was voted defensive MVP for my highschool football team. I played football at Division 1 football at the University of Kansas.
We start the session with hip flexibility and move toward dynamic stretches. After that, we do some speed and agility work. Once that is completed, I do position-specific drills. For example, if an athlete is a defensive back, some of the drills will be W drill, backpedaling and weaving.
