More About Coach Tj
I currently work as a sports performance coach at API in Gambrills where we perform sport specific movements for our athletes that translate to the field. I typically work with Athletes 11-22. I am skilled in both coaching strength and conditioning as well as speed, agility, power and explosiveness. I am a NASM Certified Personal Training and was an All Conference D3 lacrosse player.
4x All Conference Lacrosse player (Both Midfield and Attack) at Albright College. I finished with over 200 career points was selected Team MVP as a freshman and won conference player of the week 6 times. 9 man Flag Football National Championship Quarterback. Selected as the #1 player In the country for 9man play.
We focus on getting stronger by doing compound athletic movements. We will focus on power by utilizing our body motion exactly how we would in a game to get stronger and more explosive. If you want to be more agile we will focus on movements that are designed to help you move rapidly side to side. We will combine these movements into a custom weekly package to make you faster, stronger, and more athletic.

Very happy we found TJ on coach up. We came from the west coast for a tune up lacrosse session prior to a big tournament weekend. TJ worked out my son for an hour and fine tuned his shooting and dodging. Very knowledgeable and professional. Highly recommend
