Tim Stempkowski

I have over 5 years of experience coaching youth baseball at both the Little League and club levels. I have coached players from T-Ball through competitive youth baseball, primarily working with athletes ages 4–12. My experience includes serving as a head coach, assistant coach, and Player Agent, as well as serving on the board of a local Little League organization. I currently coach club baseball and have worked with players on skill development, fundamentals, position-specific training, and game preparation. I am background checked and meet league and tournament coaching requirements.

I was a 3-year varsity baseball player in high school and earned 4A-II All-Star honors in 2010. After high school, I continued my playing career at Mesa Community College, competing at the collegiate level. My experience as a player at both the varsity high school and junior college levels provides me with a strong understanding of player development, competition, and the skills required to succeed in baseball.

A typical session starts with a dynamic warm-up and stretching routine to get the athlete moving and prepared to train. From there, I tailor the session to the athlete’s goals, whether that’s hitting, fielding, throwing, pitching, catching, first base, or overall baseball fundamentals.

I focus on age-appropriate drills that build proper mechanics, confidence, and athleticism while keeping players engaged and having fun. Throughout the session, I provide high-energy coaching, positive reinforcement, and constructive feedback to help athletes understand what they’re doing well and where they can improve.

My goal is not only to develop physical skills but also to build confidence, improve the mental side of the game, and help young players develop a lasting love for baseball. Every session is customized to the individual athlete’s needs and skill level.
